Wits Student Law Journal of Southern Africa: Call for Papers
Article contributions will be accepted from all legal practitioners, academics and law students in Southern Africa. Both undergraduate and postgraduate law students are encouraged to contribute. We request articles highlighting current issues of interest or concern in our legal community.
Papers are invited on, but not limited to, the following topics:
- Human Rights and Social Justicee
- Environmental and Energy Laww
- LGBTI Rightss
- Immigration Law, including citizenship and asylumm
- Criminal Laww
- Labour Laww
- Taxation Laww
- Competition Laww
- Illegal Substance Regulations and Policiess
- Media Laws and Regulationss
- Corporate Laww
- Tourism Laws and Regulations
Submission Guidelines:
Articles should be no longer than 3000 words including footnotes and references. Case Notes and Commentaries should not be more than 1000 words including footnotes and references. The deadline for submission is 15th May, 2012.
