IMS School of Law - Admission for LL.B and B.A LL.B Programme

LL.B (3 years degree program):
This program is affiliated to the HNB Garhwal Univeristy, Srinagar and duly approved by Bar Council of India. The highly coveted and prestigious course has proven credibility and value of legal profession. The course curriculum is so designed that it gives an edge to our students over others in almost every area of Law including the recent developments like Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).

Eligibility:
Graduate Degree in any discipline with minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ST), and age upto 30 years (35 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates) as on 1st July, 2011. The student of all streams like Science, Commerce and Arts are eligible for admission. Admission will be done on merit basis and the merit will be drawn from graduation marks.

B.A LL.B (Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Law - 5 years degree programme)
This program is affiliated to HNB Garhwal Univeristy, Srinagar and duly approved by Bar Council of India.

Eligibility:
The candidate must have passed 10+2 standard (any discipline) in english medium with minimum 45% marks (40% for Reserved Category Candidates) in 10+2 and age upto 20 years (22 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates) as on 1st July, 2012. Admission will be done on merit basis. Merit will be drawn from Class XII Mark. This will be followed by a round of personal interview.
