National Conference on Indian Legal System: Contemporary Challenges
Department of Studies in Law and University College of Law, Karnatak University, Dharwad is organizing a National Conference on "Indian Legal System: Contemporary Challenges" as part of their Golden Jubilee Year from 16th - 17th March, 2012.
About the Conference:
The social, economic and political developments, in the recent years have their impact on contemporary Indian legal system. It appears that the institutions and the attitudes of individuals manning them is increasingly questioned by the general public. It is necessary to rejuvinate normative and institutional framework of the legal system. Accordingly, in the Golden Jubilee Year a Two Days National Conference is organised to deliberate upon various issues concerning the legal system.
