Symbiosis Law School, Pune - Admission for B.A LL.B & B.B.A LL.B
The candidate seeking admission to the Symbiosis Law School, Pune must register online for Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET). It is mandatory to appear for the SET (Symbiosis Entrance Test) for admission to SLS, Pune. For details please visit www.set-test.org.
In addition, applicant has to fill up an online application form at the website of the SLS, Pune: www.symlaw.ac.in, by paying Rs. 1000/-, without which he/she will not be shortlisted for Group Exercise and Personal Interview (GEPI). The payment for this can be made online by credit card along with the payment of SET registration OR by forwarding a Demand Draft in favour of "Director, Symbiosis Law School" payable at Pune, to the Institute OR by paying through credit card at the time of online application to the institute OR through Net Banking (account details are available on the Application form).
Eligibility:
B.A LL.B and B.B.A LL.B
The candidate should have passed 12th (10+2) examination from any recognized Board with minimum 50% marks (45% for S.C. /S.T. students) in one attempt (No compartment). Students who have appeared for their H.S.C. finals and awaiting results are also eligible to apply subject to submission of passing certificate by the announced date. Applicants who have obtained 10+2 through Open Universities system directly without having any basic qualification are not eligible for the Law Course.
Age Limit:
Candidate should be less than 20 years of age at the time of appearing for the SET, as on 05 May 2012 (2 years relaxation for SC/ST candidate).
Selection Procedure:
Selection is done in two phases:
- Candidates will be short listed on the basis of the SET score.
- The short listed candidates will be invited for GEPI at Symbiosis Law School, Pune and at Symbiosis Law School, Noida Campus, based on candidate's preference of location.
- Specific dates & Centers will be announced against the names of candidates, shortlisted for GEPI.
- The final merit list shall be drawn on the basis of both the performances.
