Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.), 1 year LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law (Part-Time) programme at Institute of Law, Nirma University for the academic year 2025-26.

Eligibility:
B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) / B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:
- A candidate should have passed Higher Secondary/Intermediate Examinations (10+2) or its equivalent examinations with not less than 45% aggregate marks.
- Candidates who are appearing in the qualifying examination in May 2023 are also eligible for applying to the Institute.
- However, they shall be required to produce evidence of their passing the qualifying examination at the time of admission.
Total Seats:
- B.A. LL.B. (Hons.): 180
- B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.): 120
LL.M. - 1 year Programme:
- A candidate should have successfully passed, three years LL. B. Programme after graduation or five years Integrated Law Degree Programme as recognized by the Bar Council of India with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
- Those who have appeared in aforementioned exam and the result is awaited can apply for this programme. However, admission will be subject to the fulfillment of eligibility criteria at the time of admission.
Ph.D. Law Programme (Part-Time):
- A master's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline from a recognised university with atleast 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade. OR
- A 4-year bachelor's degree programme or equivalent in relevant discipline from a recognised university with atleast 75% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade. OR
- An MPhil degree from a recognised university with atleast 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade.
- Candidates appearing in the final year Degree examination can also apply, provided they furnish proof of meeting the minimum eligibility criteria at the time of joining the programme.
Mode of Application:
There is only one mode of application, i.e., Online. The online application can be accessed by a candidate by registering as self by creating a Login Account.

- NRI / NRI Sponsored Category - INR 3500/-
- Candidates applying to NRI / NRI Sponsored category would also be considered under General Category subject to fulfilment of basic eligibility criteria
