RV University - Admission 2025
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year integrated B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 4 year B.Sc. (Hons.) in Cyber Law, 1 year LL.M. and 4 year Ph.D. in Law programme at RV University for the academic year 2025-26.

Eligibility:
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme
- 10+ 2 or equivalent with minimum 45% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
Age limit:
- For General category: 20 years
- For SC/ST & Other Backward Communities: 22 years
B.Sc. (Hons) - 4 year Programme:
- 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board (45% or equivalent marks for SC/ST and PWD category)
- A student who has scored 70% or above is eligible for direct admission. For others, admission will be based on Statement of Purpose (SoP) and personal interview.
- Students who qualify for the RVSAT/CLAT/ LSAT/ CUET examination can apply with their scores.
LL.M. - 1 year Programme:
- 3-year LL.B./ BA.LL.B./ BBA.LL.B. or any other graduate degree in Law recognised by the Bar Council of India with a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate
Ph.D. (Law) - 4 year Programme:
- One year / two semester Masters' Degree after a four year / eight semester Bachelors' Degree, from a recognized University, in the relevant discipline, with a minimum 55% aggregate marks or the equivalent grade on a point scale, where a grading system is followed.
- Two year / four semester Masters' Degree after a three year / six semester Bachelors' Degree, from a recognized University, in the relevant discipline, with a minimum 55% aggregate marks or the equivalent grade in a point scale, where a grading system is followed.
- Four year / eight semester Bachelors' degree with a minimum of 75% aggregate marks or the equivalent grade in a point scale, where a grading system is followed.
- M.Phil. degree from a recognized University, with a minimum 55% aggregate marks or the equivalent grade on a point scale, where a grading system is followed.
How to Apply:
1. Register for RVSAT* - 2023:
Admission is based on the RVSAT entrance examination / CLAT / LSAT examination. The student must have qualified in one of these examinations. Apply Online to RVSAT here: https://admissions.rvu.edu.in/
2. RV University Selection Process:
Applicants will undergo RVU Selection Process depending on the course they have applied for and their score in RVSAT
3. Selection Letter:
Subject to fulfilment of eligibility and admission criteria, applicants shall be issued a selection letter.
4. Programme Registration:
Successful applicants in the above selection procedure shall be registered to the programme after receipt of registration fees as specified in the selection letter.
5. Provisional Admission Letter:
Upon completion of the selection procedure, applicants shall be notified about the admission and a Provisional Admission Letter shall be issued.
