Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year Integrated B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 1 year LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law programme at Birla School of Law, Birla Global University, Bhubaneswar for the session 2025-26.

Eligibility:
B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:
- Minimum marks in qualifying examination for admission: Bar Council of India may from time to time, stipulate the minimum percentage of marks not below 45% of the total marks in case of general category applicants,42% for OBC category and 40% of the total marks in case of SC and ST applicants, to be obtained for the qualifying examination, such as +2 examination in case of Integrated Five Years' course or Degree course in any discipline for Three years' LLB course, for the purpose of applying for and getting admitted into a law Degree Program of any recognized University in either of the streams.
- Provided that such a minimum qualifying marks shall not automatically entitle a person to get admission into an institution but only shall entitle the person concerned to fulfil other institutional criteria notified by the institution concerned or by the government concerned from time to time to apply for admission.
- For admission into the BBA-LLB programme of BGU Bhubaneswar applicants with a valid LSAT /CLAT/AILET/XLET / BGU Entrance Test score will be preferred. BGU is one of the participatory institutes for LSAT
LL.M. - 1 year Programme:
- Admission to the LL.M. Degree Course of study shall be open to those candidates who have passed the Three-Year LL.B. Degree Examination from a recognized University or Institution after Graduation under 10+2+3+3 pattern; or Five Year LL.B. Degree Course under 10+2+5 pattern as is recognized by this University as equivalent for the purpose of LL.M. Degree Course and have secured not less than 50% marks in aggregate for the general applicants, and not less than 45% marks in aggregate for the SC and ST applicants, in the LL.B. Examinations.
- For admission into the BBA-LLB program of BGU Bhubaneswar applicants with a valid *LSAT /CLAT/AILET/XLET / BGU Entrance Test score will be preferred.The University shall conduct LL.M Entrance Test (LET) for each academic session. Admission shall be made according to merit in the LET subject to the fulfilment of eligibility requirement as determined by the University and availability of seats in LL.M. Course. The students who have passed the CLAT or LSAT examinations shall also be allowed to join the course subject to availability of seats.
Ph.D. in Law - (3 - 6 years Programme):
- Minimum Eligibility: Candidates for admission to the Ph.D. program shall have a Master's degree or a professional degree declared equivalent to the Master's degree by the corresponding statutory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade 'B' in the UGC 7-point scale (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed)or an equivalent degree from a foreign educational institution accredited by an Assessment and Accreditation Agency which is approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country for the purpose of assessing, accrediting assuring quality and standards of educational institutions.
- Relaxation: A relaxation of 5% marks, from 55% to 50% or an equivalent relaxation of grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy layer) /Differently- abled and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the UGC from time to time or for those candidates who had obtained their Master Degree prior to 19th September 1991. The relaxation of 5% to the categories mentioned above are permissible based only on the qualifying marks without the grace marks.

- Step-1 Students aspiring to take admission to BGU should fill up online application form by visiting University website: www.bgu.ac.in
- Step-2 Complete filled- up application form can be submitted online by payment of requisite application fee for respective courses
- Step-3 Eligible candidate will be contacted for the further process of Admission to different courses.
- Step-4 Provisional admission offer letter will be issued to the selected candidates.
- Step-5 Admission process will be completed on verification and submission of documents and payment of fee.
