Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year Integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 3 year LL.B., 1 year LL.M. and 3 year / 6 year Ph.D. in Law programme at School of Law, Manav Rachna University for the academic year 2024-25.

- LL.M. - 1 year Programme

Eligibility:
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:
- Pass in 10+2 Examination with 50% or more marks in aggregate in 5 subjects. Should have qualified English as a subject.
Criteria for Preparation of Merit list:
Merit preparation / short listing of candidates shall be on the basis of score in SAT / CLAT / MRNAT 2024 / 10+2 Qualifying Examination.
Note:
- Manav Rachna now accepts Pearson Test Score for admission
- A relaxation in cut-off percentage up to 10% subject to minimum eligibility requirements will be given to Kashmiri Migrants.
LL.B. - 3 year Programme:
- Pass with 50% or more marks in aggregate in the Bachelor's degree in the qualifying 3 or 4 year bachelor degree examinations.
Criteria for Preparation of Merit list:
Merit preparation/ short listing of candidates shall be on the basis of score in SAT/MRNAT 2024/ Graduation Qualifying Examination.

LL.M. - 1 year Programme:
- Pass in LLB or 5 Year Integrated Law course with 50% or more marks in aggregate. Preference shall be given to the law graduates with experience of 3 years or more.
Criteria of Selection:
Merit preparation/ short listing of candidates shall be on the basis of score in MRNAT 2024/ Graduation Qualifying Examination.
Note: LLM 1 year degree to be offered in the duration of two years in part time mode (preferably weekends)
Ph.D. in Law - 3 year / 6 year programme:
- A 1-year/2-semester master's degree programme after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor's degree programme or a 2-year/4-semester master's degree programme after a 3-year bachelor's degree programme or qualifications declared equivalent to the master's degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed or equivalent qualification from a foreign educational institution accredited by an assessment and accreditation agency which is approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country to assess, accredit or assure quality and standards of the educational institution.
- A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer)/ Differently-abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time. Provided that a candidate seeking admission after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor's degree programme should have a minimum of 75% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade on a point scale wherever the grading system is followed. A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC, ST, OBC (non-creamy layer)/ Differently-abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.
