Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year integrated B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 3 year LL.B. (Hons.), 1 year LL.M. and 3 year Ph.D. in Law programme at School of Law, Sushant University for the academic year 2024-25.

Eligibility:
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:
- Overall aggregate of 50% marks in 10+ 2 standard or equivalent examinations along with CLAT / LSAT / AILET scores. Candidates who do not have CLAT/ LSAT / AILET score will have to take Sushant University Law Entrance Test (SULET). Candidates expecting their result in 2024 may also apply.
Selection Procedure:
50% weightage to 10+2 marks, 25% weightage to interview and 25% CLAT/ LSAT/ AILET/ SULET Score

LL.B. (Hons.) - 3 year Programme:
- A candidate applying to SU LL.B. needs to have a Graduate / Post-Graduate degree from any recognized University with at least 50% marks or an equivalent in any discipline. There is no age bar to apply for LL.B program. Candidates expecting their result in the current year may also apply.
Selection Procedure:
50% weightage to graduation or post-graduation marks, 25% weightage to interview and 25% LSAT/ SULET/ DU entrance score.

- LL.B. (Hons.): 60 seats
LL.M. - 1 year Programme:
- Three or Five Year LL.B. Degree from any Indian or Foreign University recognized by the UGC with at least 50% marks or equivalent grade.
Selection Procedure:
50% weightage to graduation marks, 50% weightage to interview.
Total seats available:
- LL.M: 30 seats
Ph.D. in Law - 3 year Programme:
- A 1-year/2-semester master's degree programme after a 4-year / 8-semester bachelor's degree programme or a 2-year / 4-semester master's degree programme after a 3-year bachelor's degree programme or qualifications declared equivalent to the master's degree by the corresponding statutory regulatory body, with at least 55% marks in aggregate or its equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed or equivalent qualification from a foreign educational institution accredited by an assessment and accreditation agency which is approved, recognized or authorized by an authority, established or incorporated under a law in its home country or any other statutory authority in that country to assess, accredit or assure quality and standards of the educational institution.
- A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/Differently-Abled, Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and other categories of candidates as per the decision of the Commission from time to time.
Online Registration Procedure:
- The candidate may fill the Online Application Form as given on the website along with complete details by clicking on the "Apply Now" tab given on the top right of the homepage of the website
- On the Application Form page, submit your basic details and click "Submit"
- You would then receive the login id and password to proceed further on your mobile and email id entered
- Then click "Already Enquired" on the top right og the Application form and login to fill your application form
- After filling the complete form correctly and by clicking on the 'Submit' icon - the candidate will be routed to the payment gateway
- The payment of Rs 1500/- can be made online by using your credit card / debit card of any bank as part of the application fee
- On successful application, the system will generate a unique Application ID which will be candidate's unique identification number throughout the admission process
- An 100% generated confirmation Email / SMS will be sent to the candidate's email id / mobile number.
