Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 1 year LL.M. and Ph.D. in Law programme at School of Law, GITAM University for the academic year 2024-25.

- LL.M. (Corporate Law & Commercial Law) - 1 year Programme
- LL.M. (IPR and Cyber Law) - 1 year Programme
- LL.M. (International Law) - 1 year Programme
- LL.M. (Family Law) - 1 year Programme
- LL.M. (Constitutional & Administrative Law) - 1 year Programme
- Ph.D. in Law - 3 and 4 Years Programme
Eligibility:
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:
- A minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the Intermediate / 10 +2 or equivalent level with any combination of subjects from a recognized central / state board or its equivalent and also score obtained in GAT (Law UG) - 2022.
LL.M. - 1 year Programme:
- The Candidate should have passed Graduation in Law (LL.B / BA.LLB / BBA.LLB / BSc.LLB / B.Com.LLB) from any recognized University with not less than 50% marks (45% in case of SC / ST and persons with disability).
- Candidates awaiting results may also apply for the programme. Admission into LLM programme is based on LSAT / CLAT programme. As per the orders of the Supreme Court, there is no age limit for candidates who wish to pursue LLM.
Ph.D. in Law - Programme:
- LL.M. Degree (regular mode) from recognized University in any discipline and Bachelor's Degree in Law (regular mode) from a recognized University.
- Degree in law and Master's Degree in Law considered equivalent to M.Phil. Degree of an Indian Institution or from a Foreign Educational Institution accredited as per UGC Regulations.
- Judge of any State High Court in India with three years' experience or Judge of Supreme Court of India and Members of Tribunals.
