Eligibility:
B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:
- 10+2 with minimum 50% marks
- CLAT / LSAT score
- Group Discussion / Personal Interview
Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) - 3 year Programme:
- Graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks
- Group Discussion / Personal Interview
LL.M. - 1, 2 year Programme:
- 50% marks in LL.B. / B.A. LL.B. / B.B.A. LL.B. / B.Com. LL.B. / its equivalent qualifications.
Ph.D Programme:
- The Department is offering Ph.D. full time and part time in law.
Scholarship:
Merit cum means scholarship up to 40% will be offered based on CLAT/LSAT/+2 Scores.

Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science takes into consideration students who have passed their Higher Secondary Examination with commendable marks for admission. The University strictly follows the eligibility criteria of the UGC norms.
