Alliance School of Law, Alliance University - Admission 2024

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year Integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 3 year LL.B., 1 year LL.M. and 3 year Ph.D. in Law programme at Alliance School of Law, Alliance University for the academic year 2024-25.

Eligibility:

B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:

  • 10+2 Examinations or equivalent from any recognized Board or Council in any discipline.
  • Obtained at least 50% marks in the subjects taken in standard 12 or equivalent (OR) 50% aggregate in 3 years Diploma recognized by AICTE.
  • SC / ST candidates at least 45% marks in the subjects taken in standard 12 or equivalent (OR) 45% aggregate in 3 years Diploma recognized by AICTE.

LL.B. - 3 year Programme:

  • LL.B. / B.L. or any other graduate degree in Law recognized by Bar Council of India with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (SC / ST 40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category).

LL.M. - 1 year Programme:

  • LL.B. / B.L. or any other graduate degree in Law recognized by Bar Council of India with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category).

Application Process:

  • Applicants are encouraged to apply online at https://apply.alliance.edu.in/ug2024
  • The Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Office of Admissions on payment of Rs.1,000/- (US $50 for other foreign national applicants).

Admission Selection Process:
Candidates are required to appear for the Alliance Admission Selection Process comprising of:

  • AUSAT (Alliance University Scholastic Aptitude Test)
  • Personal Interview
  • Alliance School of Law also uses other parameters such as scholastic and extracurricular record for admission. The final selection of the candidate will be based on the overall performance in the Alliance Admission Selection Process.

Ph. D. in Law - 3 year Programme:

Eligibility:

  • Master's Degree (LL.M.) in law with at least 55% marks in aggregate from a recognized University.
  • A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed as per the UGC norms.
