Qualifying Examination for the Indian Nationals holding foreign Law Degrees
The Qualifying Examination for the Indian Nationals holding foreign Law Degrees recognized by the Bar Council of India is to be held from 14th January to 20th January, 2012 in the Premises of the Bar Council of India at 21, Rouse Avenue, Institutional Area, New Delhi - 110002.
The examination will consist of six papers covering different aspects of substantive and procedural laws essential for every legal practitioner licensed to practice law in India. The standard of examination will be that of the law courses in the Universities recognized by the bar Council of India.
The last date for submission of application form shall be 9th January, 2012.
