ILS Law College: Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Seminar
A seminar is being organized on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) in ILS Law College, Pune, India on 17th December, 2011 from 1pm onwards.
Sub-Themes:
The seminar will cover various aspects of M&A such as court's process u/s 391, slump sale of business undertaking, asset purchase versus share purchase, acquisition under SEBI Takeover Code, demerger and legal due-diligence.

- Mr. Vivek Sadhale, Head (Legal) & CS, Persistent Systems Ltd, Pune
- Mr. Vishwas Mahajan, co-founder & ex-CEO of Compulink Systems
All students interested in attending the seminar can register at Counter No.4 in the office between 11.30-1 pm and 2-3 pm until the day of the seminar. The registration fee for the seminar is Rs. 50 which is to be paid in the college office.
All the participants who are from outside ILS Law College shall receive a certificate.
