Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year integrated B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 2 year LL.M. and 3 year Ph.D. in Law programme at Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, SVKM'S NMIMS University for the academic year 2022-23.
Course Name:
- B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme
- B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme
- LL.M. - 2 years Programme
- Ph.D. in Law - 3 year Programme
Eligibility:
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:
- The candidate should have passed the XIIth Standard examination conducted by a recognized Board / University with minimum 50% in examinations
- NMIMS-LAT (NMIMS Law Aptitude Test)
- CLAT and LSAT Score
LL.M. - 2 year Programme:
- The candidate should have passed the examination conducted by a recognized University leading to award of LL.B. degree (minimum 50% in final year examinations).
- Candidates who have appeared for the final year examinations may also apply. Candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence courses, externally, open school from recognized University are eligible to apply and register as per UGC guidelines.
- NLAT PG (NMIMS Law Admission Test for PG) / PG CLAT Score and Personal Interview
Ph. D. in law - 3 year Programme:
- Written Test & Personal Interview - OR -
- Those candidates who have qualified in UGC-NET (including JRF) / UGC-CSIR NET (including JRF) / SLET / GATE / M. PHIL. For Law examination of the apex bodies in higher / technical professional education or other equivalent with valid score in validity period are exempted from NMIMS entrance test. However they have to appear for Personal Interview.
