Alliance School of Law, Alliance University - Admission 2022

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year Integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 1 year LL.M. and 3 year Ph.D. (Law) programme at Alliance School of Law, Alliance University for the academic year 2022-23.

  • Ph.D. in Law - 3 year Programme

B.A. LL. B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL. B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:

Duration:
Full time; Five year, Integrated Course

Eligibility:

  • 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC / ST candidates).

Age Limit:

  • General Category - 20 years
  • SC / ST and Backward Communities - 22 years

The Application Form and Prospectus can be obtained from the Office of Admissions on payment of Rs.1,000/- (Rs.2,000/- for NRI and SAARC National applicants and US $50 for other foreign national applicants) in cash or through Demand Draft drawn in favour of "Alliance University" payable at Bengaluru.

Applicants are requested to submit their filled in Application Form along with attested copies of the below mentioned documents:

  • Standard X mark sheet / transcript
  • Standard XII mark sheet / transcript

Admission Selection Process:
Candidates are required to appear for the Alliance Admission Selection Process comprising of:

  • AUSAT (Alliance University Scholastic Aptitude Test)
  • Personal Interview
  • Alliance School of Law also uses other parameters such as scholastic and extracurricular record for admission. The final selection of the candidate will be based on the overall performance in the Alliance Admission Selection Process.

LL.M. - 1 year Programme:

Duration:
Full time; One year course

Eligibility:

  • 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized Board with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% marks for SC / ST candidates).
  • LL.B. / B.L. or any other graduate degree in Law recognized by Bar Council of India with a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate (40% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category).

Full time; Three year course

Eligibility:

  • Master's Degree in LL.M. (any Branch) with a minimum of 55% (50% for SC / ST) in aggregate from a recognized University.

  • Alliance Research Aptitude Test (ARAT)
  • Personal Interview
  • Evaluation of the research synopsis on a proposed dissertation work
