11th Amity International Moot Court Competition, 2021
Amity Law School, Noida is going to organize the 11th Amity International Moot Court Competition, 2021
Eligibility:
- All recognized Law Schools, Universities and Institutions in India or abroad with a minimum three year LL.B. courses shall be eligible to participate.
- Each participating team shall comprise either two members where, one of the two Speakers shall be designated as Researcher or three members where two members shall be designated as Speakers and one member as Researcher.
- No team shall contradict the composition mentioned above. No faculty member, coach, or a designated observer will be allowed to accompany the team.
- No cross teams i.e. members of different Universities, shall be allowed.
- Language of the competition shall be English

Memorandum:
- Each Team participating in the competition must prepare a memorandum on behalf of the Prosecutor / Applicant and on the behalf of the Defendant / Respondent.
- Each team must submit their memoranda via the form : https://forms.gle/t3ZA4ruAwedaMJts9 or send its memoranda via e-mail to the Organizing Committee at: aim.alsnoida@gmail.com (Note: Both the memorials (ie. on behalf of petitioners and respondents) to be sent via a single mail.) latest by 20th October, 2021 by 23:59 hours IST.
- Any memorial submitted after the deadline shall be subject to penalty for late submission. The last date of memorial submission with penalty is 25th October, 2021 by 23:59 hours IST. No memorials will be accepted after the final deadline.
- The Memorial must contain the following parts only:
- Cover Page
- Table of Contents
- Index of Authorities
- Statement of Jurisdiction
- Questions Presented
- Statement of Facts
- Summary of Pleadings
- Pleadings (including Conclusion / Prayer for Relief).
Note: The Table of Contents must be hyper-linked for the ready reference of the Judges.
Registration Process:
- Teams are required to complete their Registration by 15th September, 2021 by 23:59 hours IST.
- The Registration shall be deemed complete only when the Application form is duly filled.
- Once the application form is filled, the Organizing Committee shall send a confirmation mail to the teams.
- Team Code and an app link through for virtual competitions will be given along with the guidelines on how to connect on 25th September, 2021.
- The teams shall quote this Team Code in all further communications with the Organizing Committee.
