Jindal Global Law School - Admission 2021

Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 3 year LL.B., 1 year LL.M. and 3 year Ph.D. in Law programme at Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University for the academic year 2021-22.

• B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme
• LL.B. - 3 year Programme
• LL.M. - 1 year Programme
• Ph.D. in Law - 3 year Programme

Eligibility:

B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:

• 10+2 & LSAT-India examination or equivalent with not less than 45% aggregate marks.

LL.B. - 3 year Programme:

• Bachelor's Degree in any subject with not less than 45% aggregate marks

LL.M. - 1 year Programme:

• Three year LL.B. or Five year B.A. LL.B. with not less than 45% aggregate marks

Ph.D. in Law - 3 year Programme:

• LL.M. with atleast 55% marks or an equivalent grade. Professional qualification such as CA / ICWA / CFA / CS (both 5 year integrated or 3 years after graduation) with minimum 55% marks.
• Master's Degree in a discipline relevant to the proposed research with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Applicants with more than 3 years industry / teaching / practicing / managerial / professional experience will be given preference.
• Relaxation of 5% of marks, from 55% to 50%, or an equivalent relaxation of grade, may be allowed for those belonging to SC / ST / Differently-abled categories or for those who had obtained their Master's Degree prior to 19th September, 1991. The eligibility marks of 55% (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed) and the relaxation of 5% to the categories mentioned above are permissible based only on the qualifying marks without including the grace mark procedures.

Application Process:

• Admission to 5 year B.A. / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) is done ONLY on the basis of merit in the LSAT-India 2021 Exam. LSAT-India 2021 to be administered twice - March and June 2021.
• LSAT-India 2021 exam is also accepted for admission to the 3 year B.A. - Legal Studies, 3 year LL.B.and 1 year LL.M. programmes. Those who have already registered for LSAT-India 2021 exam may not need to write JSAT-Law Exam. Please register for LSAT-India 2021 exam at https://discoverlaw.excelindia.com/LSAT/
• Admission to 3 year B.A. (Hons.) - Legal Studies, 3 year LL.B. and 1 year LL.M. programmes is also done on the basis of merit in the JSAT-Law 2021 Entrance Exam. Please register for JSAT-Law exam at https://home.pearsonvue.com/jgu/jsat-law
• After registering for LSAT-India or JSAT Law exam, you should submit application to the law school at https://lawadmissions.jgu.edu.in/

Aplication Fees:

• Applicants of 5 year B.A. / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) programmes are required to make a payment of Undergraduate programme application fees of INR 1500/-
• Applicants for 3 year LL.B. / 1 year LL.M. programmes are required to make Postgraduate programmes application fees of INR 1000/-.
