Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year Integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), 3 year LL.B., 2 year LL.M. and 3 year Ph.D. in Law programme at School of Law, Lovely Professional University for the academic year 2021-22.

• B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme
• B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme
• LL.B. - 3 year Programme
• LL.M. - 2 year Programme
• Ph.D. in Law - 3 year Programme

Eligibility:

B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:

• Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or CLAT or LSAT.
• For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.
• 5% relaxation for SC / ST Applicants and 3% relaxation for OBC Applicants, 5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates / Defence Personnel and their Dependents / Wards of Kashmiri Migrants

Note: In case the applicant falls in both categories, then only one relaxation in eligibility will be given.

LL.B. - 3 year Programme:

• Pass with 50% aggregate marks in Graduation (any stream) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or LSAT.
• 5% relaxation for SC / ST Applicants and 3% relaxation for OBC applicants, 5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates / Defence Personnel and their Dependents / Wards of Kashmiri Migrants

Note: In case the applicant falls in both categories, then only one relaxation in eligibility will be given.

LL.M. - 2 year Programme.

• Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to qualifying LPUNEST or CLAT.
• 5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates / Defence Personnel and their Dependents / Wards of Kashmiri Migrants

Ph.D. in Law - 3 year Programme:

• Master's Degree with 55% aggregate marks in a relevant discipline or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST and Interview;
• Other conditions as prescribed in the Guidelines for Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) programmes.
• 5% relaxation to SC / ST / OBC (non-creamy layer) / differently-abled candidates)
