• Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary Level (10th & 12th)

B.Tech, LL.B. (Hons.) CSE- 6 Year Programme:

• Minimum 50% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (X and XII) and Minimum 50% aggregate in PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) at Senior Secondary level (XII).

LL.M. - 1 year Programme:

• Minimum 50% marks at Higher and Senior Secondary level (X and XII) and Minimum 50% marks in Graduation with LLB Degree or equivalent

Admission Criteria:

• Examination Pathway: LL.B. admissions through UL-SAT (Upto 80% of seats)
• UPES Online Law Studies Aptitude Test (UL-SAT) / Board Merit / CLAT Merit / L-SAT India and UPES Engineering Aptitude Test (UPESEAT)**, Merit followed by Group Discussion & Interview
