Even in this time of crisis, customer relationship management is a fundamental factor for prosperity of any organization. it helps in customer retention and acquisition.

Dr Gaurav Gupta:
Dr. Gaurav Gupta has earned a Masters in Business Administration degree with specialization inMarketing and Finance from Punjabi University, Patiala (Punjab), and completed doctorate inthe area of Branding. He has also studied marketing at the prestigious Wilkes University,Pennsylvania, USA. He has got an opportunity to learn about teaching methodologies at IIM-Kozhikode.
Prof.Gaurav Gupta has presented his research paper at IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Indore,IIM,Bangalore and had been included in paper review panel of IIM-Indore and many ScopusIndexed Journals His case studies have been published in ABDC listed Journal(s). He has also presented his research work at University of Ljubljana, Slovenia and Wolkite University,Ethiopia. He is a recipient of various fellowships, those are being awarded by European union and IIM-Bangalore.He got an offer of doctoral fellowship by ICSSR (Ministry of HRD,India).
He has completed courses being offered by IIM-Bangalore, University of Pennsylvania,University of Maryland and University of Columbia. He has been appointed as a member of Advisory Board for Cleveland Professional University, USA.Presently he is associated with Christ University, NCR Campus and has worked with ShardaUniversity and Lovely Professional University.His teaching, training, researching and consulting interests include Brand Management,Marketing Research, Mythology and management, Case writing. Also, he has published about half-a-dozen research papers in leading journals and has madepresentations at several international/national seminars and conferences.
Dr. RoopaliFulzele is an Assistant Professor in the field of HR & OB at Sharda University withmore than 7 years of experiences in both teaching and industry. She is also a Coordinator ofInternational Students' Affair Linkages Cell in School of Business Studies, Sharda University.She is blessed to have an exclusive combination of experiences in writing, research, steaching, evaluating, administration, and information technology. She has also qualifiedNET-Lectureship in 2010. Her industry and academic experience led her to focus on researchwork in the area of Knowledge Management and ICT in Recruitment, Selection and TrainingProcesses. Being a trainer, she has imparted training to international students onPersonality, Time Management, Communication, etc. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor in Sharda University, Greater Noida. Sheteachsubjects of HR & OB and General Management (like Business Ethics and Principles of Management)to both engineering and management students.
The combination of research and writing orientation have persuaded her to work as a Content Developer as well as Project Manager in Excel Books Pvt. Ltd.
