About the Webinar:
In order to facilitate transparency in the home buying process, the Indian Government passed the RERA Act in May, 2016. There have been major implications of this on the consumers / homebuyers. The webinar seeks to clear out the procedures of registration under the RERA Act and how there may be legal issues while the registration of a house.

He is currently practicing Real Estate Laws and Corporate Litigation. He is acting as the VP (Legal) at Yellow Kagaz Business Consultants Pvt. Ltd. He has completed his B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) from National Law University, Ranchi in the year 2018 and is representing Real Estate Promoters at various litigation forums. He has experience in representing more than 1000 home buyers at the Real Estate Regulatory Authorities (RERA) and other forums. He is also working as an independent counsel for Ansal Housing Group, Meerut Development Authority and many others.
