Dharmashastra National Law University - Admission 2020
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to 5 year Integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) and 2 year LL.M. programme at Dharmashastra National Law University for the academic year 2020-21.
Course Offered:
- B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme
- LL.M. - 2 year Programme
Eligibility:
B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) - 5 year Integrated Programme:
- The candidate must be a citizen of India having obtained a senior Secondary School/intermediate (10+2) or an equivalent certificate from a recognized Board with not less than 45% of the total marks in aggregate(40% in case of SC and STcandidates).
- She/he must have appeared in CLAT Examination (the University will notify the list of selected and waiting candidates, as per the CLATscore).
- The candidate applying against reserved seats is required to submit a copy of the relevant certificate along with the application or else his/her candidature may not be considered.
- The selected candidate is required to deposit fee within a specified period mentioned in the notification, failing which may lead to cancellation of admission.
- The cancelled seat would be transferred to the next candidate selected on the waiting list as per merit At the time of admission, selected candidates will have to submit their original certificates in the office, for verification.
LL.M. - 2 year Programme:
- 10+2 from any recognized Board/ Institute and
- 5 years integrated B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / BSc LL.B. (Hons.) / B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degree from any University recognized by the UGC with not less than 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of SC/ST Candidates).
OR
- 10+2 from any recognized Board/ Institute and
- 3-year Bachelor's degree from any University recognized by the UGC and
- 3-year LLB degree from any University recognized by the UGC with not less than 55% marks in aggregate (50% in case of SC / ST Candidates).
Admission Procedure:
For academic Session 2020-2021 admission to the 1st Semester of LLM Programme shall be made on the basis the percentage of Degree Marks of B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) / BSc LL.B. (Hons.) / B.Com LL.B. (Hons.) / B.B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) or LL.B. (3 year) and personal interview (held out of 20 marks) secured by the candidates desirous to take admission in Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur.
Application Fee:
An amount of Rs. 3000/- shall be charged as application fees from the candidates applying for admission (Rs.1500/- in case of SC / ST). Fees shall be paid online.
