5th National Moot Court Competition, 2020

Al-Ameen College of Law is going to organize the 5th National Moot Court Competition 2020

Date: 13th - 15th March, 2020
Venue: Al-Ameen College of Law, Bangalore, Karnataka

Eligibility:
This Competition shall be open to all students pursuing Undergraduate Law Degree Programme (3 Year LL.B. or 5 Year integrated B.A. / B.Com / B.B.A. / B.S.L / B.Sc, LL.B.) in any Law College / Law School / University in India.

Team Composition:

• The maximum number of participants per team shall be restricted to 3 out of which 2 shall be Mooters and 1 shall be Researcher.
• A team may also consist of only 2 Mooters.
• Each team will be allotted a team code.
• he team code will be sent to the teams through the mail after the registration is complete.
• Teams shall not disclose their identity or of their institution or city during any time of the competition;
• such disclosure shall invite penalties including disqualification.

Registration:

• The participation shall be restricted to the first 30 teams who confirm their participation on 'first come first serve' basis.
• The teams interested to participate in the competition are required to register online by visiting the official website www.alameenlaw.in on or before 15th January 2020.
• After filling the necessary details participants are required to take the print of the duly filled online registration form and same along with scanned copy of the DD has to be mailed to aaclmoot@gmail.com on or before 16th January 2020
• The original DD must reach the organizers on or before 21st January 2020.
• The Registration Fee for the National Moot Court Competition is Rs. 3500/ (Rs. Three Thousand Five Hundred Only).
• All the teams are required to make the payment in the form of a Demand Draft, drawn in the name of PRINCIPAL, AL- AMEEN COLLEGE OF LAW, BANGALORE.
• The Registration fee shall be non - refundable.
• No change in the names of the participants shall be permitted after the receipt of the Registration Form, except at the sole discretion of the Organizers.
• The envelope containing the Draft and the Registration Form should mention: "Registration for National Moot Court Competition 2020" at the top of the envelope.

Hospitality:
Travel assistance will be provided to the outstation teams. Participants have to fill the required details pertaining to transport through online by visiting www.alameenlaw.in on or before 07th March 2020.

• Winners: Rs.30,000/- & Trophy
  
• I Runner Up: Rs.20,000/- & Trophy
  
• II Runner Up: Rs.10,000/- & Trophy
  
• Best Memorials: Rs.5,000/- & Trophy
  
• Best Mooter (Prelims): Rs.4,000/- & Trophy
  
• Best Mooter (Final): Rs.5,000/- & Trophy
  
• Best Researcher: Rs.3,000/- & Trophy

Every Participating Team Shall Be Awarded A "Token Of Appreciation & A Certificate Of Participation"
