Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to one-year LL.M. in Law and Development at School of Policy & Governance, Azim Premji University, Bangalore for the academic year 2020-21

Eligibility :
To be eligible to apply applicants must possess a Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized degree granting university in India or abroad. As the Bachelor of Laws is in most cases a non-specialist degree, the LL.M. Programme will be open to students with diverse interests in law.
Students from all walks of life with a Bachelor of Laws degree from a recognized university in India or abroad are encouraged to apply for the LL.M. programme. The University bly encourages working professionals to make an application.
The selection process for the LL.M. Programme will include a written test and personal interview
- Written test: Applicants will have to appear for a written test that will assess them on their aptitude for language, math, general knowledge, teaching, research and legal knowledge.
- Personal interview: Shortlisted applicants will be called be interviewed by a student assessment panel that will review their motivations and suitability for the course.

Regular Admission:
University may decide to conduct regular admissions, Applications for the Regular admissions for LL.M. in Law & Development will be open in April 2020. Only candidates who are appearing for CLAT or LSAT India 2020 will be eligible to apply. Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CLAT / LSAT India scores and will be called for a personal interview.
