Corporate Law Journal: Call for Papers

Corporate Law Journal (CLJ) is an online electronic journal by a group of young NLU students, MBA and other fledgling professionals striving to provide an in-depth coverage of the corporate issues that mean the most to professionals, educators, researchers, academicians and other members of the corporate community. This platform shall ignite the idea and desire of young students to contribute in the field of education and research alongside the erudite response of corporate luminary.

We are committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and take all possible measures against publication malpractice and resolving cases of suspected misconduct and irregularities.

Objectives:
Corporate Law Journal (CLJ) is an open access bi-annual e-journal that will not charge any Author fees for publication. Corporate Law Journal is a new type of academic journal in Corporate Sector. By involving a large research community in an innovative open peer-review process, the journal aims to provide fast access to top quality articles / papers, research notes and comments, current developments, Judgments and Advisory Opinions for and by professionals, educators, researchers and academicians in the specialized sector.

Publishing is seen as a cooperative enterprise between authors, editors, referees, and readers. Corporate Law Journal takes the form of an E-journal, i.e. submission, evaluation, and publication will be done in electronic manner.

With enormous idea and challenges, we are coming with our first issue of journal inviting:

We will choose particular theme for our Volume then accordingly we select sub themes for particular Issues in that Volume. Our focus will be on burning topics and important areas which are really helpful in practical aspects of Corporate World.

Open Access Initiative:
Open Access is a publication model that enables the dissemination of research findings to the corporate community without restriction. Thus, all articles, paper, notes, judgments, emerging corporate issues published in are freely available online.

Students Oriented:
The main focus of Corporate Law Journal is to provide a platform for students, researcher scholars, etc. to come forward and take initiative to research on the burning issue of the Corporate Sector, read, analyse, depth research and express their opinion supported with strong research work and give benefits to yourselves as well as whole corporate societies by their new findings and suggestions.
