Kerala Law Academy - Admission 2011
Kerala Law Academy, Trivandrum, has invited applications for admission to LL.M/M.B.L. courses for the academic year 2011-12.
LL.M. and M.B.L. Degree Courses:
The LL.M. degree course shall extend to the period of 2 academic years consisting of 4 semesters. The subjects of the specialization offered by the Kerala Law Academy Law College are Administrative Law and International Law.
The M.B.L. Degree Course shall extend to a period of 3 academic years consisting of 6 semesters.
Candidates seeking admission to the First Semester of the LL.M. / M.B.L. Course shall have passed LL.B. 3 year or LL.B. 5 year examination of the University of Kerala or of any other University recognized by the Kerala University. Candidates who have passed the LL.B. Degree Course from any University other than Kerala University shall produce the Eligibility Certificate of the Kerala University at the time of admission.
Selection to the course will be made on the basis interview and marks secured in the LL.B. Examination
In the case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes a relaxation of marks upto 5 percent in the LL.B. degree exam will be allowed and a relaxation of 3 percent in the LL.B. degree examination will be allowed in the case of candidates belonging to Backward Communities.
Prospectus along with application form for Admission to the LL.M. / M.B.L. courses offered by the Academy can be obtained from the office of the Academy at Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram or can be downloaded from this site.
The duly filled application for LL.M. / M.B.L. Courses along with demand draft of Rs. 700 in favour of 'The Principal, Kerala Law Academy Law College' should reach the office of the Kerala Law Academy at Peroorkada, Thiruvananthapuram before the time prescribed.

The last date for submitting application forms for the admission of LL.M. / M.B.L. Courses 2011-12 is on August 16, 2011
