Railway Claims Tribunal Act, 1987
36. Amendment of sections 82E, 82G and 82HH
In sections 82E, 82G and 82HH of the Railways Act, for the word “Claims Commissioner”, wherever they occur, the words “Claims Tribunal” shall be substituted.
