An Act to provide that
all Cutchi Memons shall be governed
in matters of succession and inheritance by the Muhammadan
Law.
WHEREAS it is expedient that all Cutchi Memons be governed in
matters of succession and inheritance by the Muhammadan
Law;
It is hereby enacted as follows: -
