College Information:
      The college came into being in the Academic year 198687 owing to the determined efforts of the BASIC EDUCATION SOCIETYŽ. The objective of the Basic Education Society is to impart professional cum productive education and to promote and organize social activities for building up cultural, social and educational characters of young generation.In terms of S77 The Karnataka University Act 2000, (Karnataka Act No. 29 of 2001) the code of conduct, inter alia, prescribed by the Principal of Dr. Rammanohar Lohia College of Law in excercise of the power conferred on him by the Karnataka State University Act 2000 is as follows:Every student shall at all time maintain absolute discipline & do nothing which is unbecoming of a student of the college.No student shall abet, encourage or indulge in any form of malpractice connetced with admissions; examinations are any other any other activity of the college.No student shall misbehave with the visiting members of the flying squad of Bangalore University.Every student who violates the code of conduct, specified supra, is liable to be expelled or rusticated from the college by the principal in accordance with the provisions of the Karnataka State University Act 2000.

Course Description:
Admission to 5 year LL.B course and 3 year LL.B course are open normally from 16th June every year and till 31st July and with fine upto 31st August.Candidates who are eligible for admission may secure application forms and dully filled in application along with all original marks cards, Provisional Degree Certificate / Degree Certificate, T.C, Migration Certificate along with 5 photographs of pass-port size are to be furnished at the time of admission.Reasonable time will be given by the principal to produce certificates which are not in possession of the candidate and which will be secured later and admission will be made subject to such production of document/s within the time allowed.
