The use of very filthy and explicitly sexually offensive abuses and has been continuously been used to harass a widowed lady and threats to kill and shoot and cut off hands and legs have been issued loudly in open public on a road. Kindly inform me what the I.P.C. charges applicable are in this case and under what sections can this offender be booked for such continuously repeated acts. The offender is a public servant.
