in the trial court on civil partition suit injunction was taken simultaneously at the time of filing suit in 1989. There are six defendants. Properties were sold by one defendant. Contempt was filed on the defendant. other defendants also sold properties. Appeal was filed in High court in the year 2003. Now all the defendants have sold properties each from the year 2003. Advocate has not taken injunction in appeal. Please let me know whether I can file contempt of court in High court now
