Intensive Certificate Course on Advance Issues and Practices of Law of Sea and Maritime Laws

Gujarat National Law University has launched a short term Intensive certificate course on advance issues of Laws of Sea and Maritime Laws from 25th March, 2013 to 8th April, 2013.

Objectives:

  • To provide knowledge on contemporary and advance issues and practices of the law of the sea and maritime laws in an intensive manner;
  • To discuss, analyze and forecast the state practice of India on the law of the sea and maritime laws and future operational challenges and issues at officers level;
  • To acquire understanding on the issues and challenges on the law of the sea and maritime laws in major seafaring nations

Methodology:
Lectures (including video lectures)

Study material:
Each candidate will be provided with reading material consisting of essential laws, articles, reports and case-law abstracts.

Fees:
Rs. 2,000/- (including registration, tuition fee, study material, exams)

Batch-size:
50 participants

Eligibility:
Academicians, Research Scholars, Students

Deadline:
The last date for registration is 16th March, 2013.
