Commoning the Law - Legal Issues around Free Expression - A Two day intensive course on the fundamentals of legal regulation of speech
Commoning the Law is an ALF initiative that endeavors to equip participants with the tools to navigate contemporary legal debates. Through a series of short, intensive courses we aim to reach out to a cross section of the interested public as well as raise institutional resources.
Date: 9th - 10th June, 2012
Venue: Alternative Law Forum, 122/4, Infantry Road (Opposite Infantry Wedding Hall), Bangalore - 560001.
The Course will comprise four modules spread over two days. Classes on both days will be conducted from 10 am to 5 pm with a one hour lunch break.
Entry Requirements: None
The course will require prior registration and is available at a fee of Rs. 3000 which will include course materials. Undergraduate students can avail of a reduced fee of Rs. 2000.
