This Workshop will also helps to understand the importance and characteristics of good drafting, highlighting the important ingredient clauses in commercial agreements, concentrating on drafting the necessary clauses and analysing relevant precedents, the competition and compliance issues, achieving clarity and precision in drafting and finding out how to avoid over-complex sentences and structures.
